Have experienced no downtime / slowness...
Their support is excellent: I have had a number of complex technical questions/requests, mostly relating to my CGI/perl stuff on their site and in all cases they have responded promptly with excellent answers to my questions and in some cases actually tweaked to my account setup.

E-mail has been down twice in a month. Would be 99,9% server up true?
Since the beginning the support was quite fast, but I have a ig complaint about having e-mail down twice in a month. We'll wait for today for making a decission of migrating more domains to it.

Lot of features, always a pleasure to deal with REAL one-to-one support!
So I decided to start a hobby that I had thinking about for a while and write a website to sell books about dragons. I did a couple of days' of research before choosing a hosting company, and decided that despite the fact that they're fairly new to the scene, I would try PolurNet.com because I had heard some good things.
Did that ever pay off!
Their prices are very reasonable, they offer several features that they don't even advertise (at least, not that I saw), and their support is spectacular!
Twice now I have had minor issues while creating my website. Their knowledge base actually has a fairly small selection of articles that only seems to cover the most common issues. However, they also have a live support chat feature which I used both times. Their staff is very friendly and helpful, and I didn't wait more than five seconds to be connected to someone either time! And the first time was on a Saturday morning! They went to quite the lengths to fix my second issue, which was fairly minor, but wasn't a simple matter to fix.
I highly recommend this service to anyone! Anyone who has ever had a terrible experience with a web hosting company (and by the looks of this forum, that's a lot of you) owes it to themselves to check this one out!
PolurNet also adds yet more evidence to my long-running theory that Canada is awesome :) |

Over 100 sites on many plans, and very happy! A+++
I was with another hosting company before finally selected Polurnet as my best choice. I wasn't happy with the support provided by my old hosting company and decided to move on.
I'm a newbie and can be a pain in the rear sometime when contacting customer support. Polurnet customer support is second to none. I can get hold of them almost any time of the day. During and off office hours to answer all my trivia questions or requests.
Their online chat helpdesk is what I like most. They can answer any questions you have almost instantly. If they are swamped with online enquiries, I will email them which nornally take less than 24 hours to get back to me. Tech support is friendly and efficient.
I have over 100 sites hosted with Polurnet on many resellers and I'm very happy with the service thats provided. Sites is always up and running.
I would recommend Polurnet to anyone needing quality hosting and superb customer support. |

My first webhosting experience - and made the perfect choice!
My first webhosting experience and could i ever make a better decision?!
I chose PolurNET because they had the cheapest prices but it turned out they had the best support as well.. lucky me!
I have been with polurnet.com for about 4 months now and I have a question or more everyweek since i am a newbie and trying stuff all the time...i prefer to submit a support ticket for my problems and i always get immediate answers. i even got an instant reply on the new years eve!

Wow, PolurNET exceeded my expectations big time!
PolurNET has exceeded what I have always required in a hosting provider. I have been with them for about 7 months now, and am overly satisfied. The support is untouchable, and the server up-time is perfect. I've been to about 6 or 7 different hosting companies all around the world on all different platforms. Their packages blow the competition out of the water. Actually...i shouldn't be saying anything at all. I don't want to give the secret of this hosting gem

The best hosting provider
Polurnet is one of the best hosting providers out there. There server uptime is very good. The admin staff is pretty helpful and can be contacted via there online chat on there homepage.
Doesnt matter whether you are a newbie or a pro at websites, this is just The Hosts that you need. |

Overall Great Host
PolurNET Communications is truly an amazing host, with friendly staff members, and really great support. The owner Anand, and Vice President, Sohil, are truly great people, and willing to listen to what the customers want. In just the time I have been there, they have expanded from a small host selling shared hosting only, to an international host with many different packages including: shared, reseller, windows, vps, and dedicated servers. The packages are generous in disk space and bandwith, and come with a lot of great features in cPanel. I would highly recommend PolurNET Communications as an overall good host. |

very nice host
polurnet makes you feel like you are their only customer.. they take very good care of you and will help with ANYTHING no matter how small.. i have had 24 hours msn support and tickets answered in as little as 3 mins at times.

PolurNet ROCKS! They have the best service I have ever encountered.
PolurNET.com's service is as good as it gets, they are always available to assist. They have several ways to contact, Live chat, email, IM, forum and a nice "knowledge Base". They do not look to just solve your problem, but offer suggestions and advice. I have 3 reseller accounts and wish all were with PolurNET, when my contracts are up they will be. |
